Event Application

To help the School and P & C comply with the Queensland Government Smart Choices Program, we have created this Event Application which needs to be filled out for any planned event on school grounds that involves the supply of foods or drinks. This includes things like Sports Days, Cakes Stalls and Individual Class Parties.
