Fundraising Application

To help the P & C plan and approve fundraising events throughout the year, we have created this Fundraising Application which needs to be filled out for any fundraising events that an individual or sub-committee would like to hold.

If the fundraising event will include the supply of foods or drinks, you will also need to fill out an Event Application form. You can fill it out online, or download, print and return it.

If you will need volunteers for your fundraiser, they will need to fill out a Volunteer Form and a P & C Register. These can only be downloaded and returned as they are required to be signed.
